How we work Design Tools Library

A real-time, visual approach in a collaborative environment facilitates decisions, saves time and money for the client.

We’ve borrowed the term “rapid-prototyping” to describe an approach to concept design with all of the decision makers and design team members working in a high-tech charette process to facilitate the core design decisions on a project.

This process is fundamentally different from standard charette's because architecture, engineering, acoustics, audio, video, and lighting are at the design table working in parallel process. While many design teams collaborate, rapid prototyping is collaboration amplified taking you from zero to concept design—in as short as a few days.

The outcome is full coordination without the inherent compromise. The client gains speed, creativity, and building efficiency.

This process isn’t for everyone, but with the right client and design team, the results can be amazing, and the time and costs savings are substantial. ........
