Brian Elwell is a perfect fit for some of our highest profile projects that require a delicate mix of patience, experience, and attention to details. A multifaceted designer, Brian is talented in developing the complex building infrastructure necessary to integrate varied technologies.
Brian has led the technology design for sports and entertainment venues such as Toyota Park, Rio Tinto Stadium, Red Bull Stadium, Citizens Business Bank Arena, UCLA’s Pauley Pavilion, the Virginia Mason Center (training facility for the Seattle Seahawks), Lincoln Financial Field and Universal Studios CityWalk Development in Orlando. Brian has also led the performance technologies design teams for projects such as the US Census Bureau Headquarters—a LEED® Silver Certified project and the New World Symphony with Gehry Partners—which features extensive I2 systems and curved projection surfaces.
Prior to joining AD in 1997, Brian was a senior engineer with a national A/V systems contracting firm where he specialized in managing large projects. A Senior Consultant and Vice President in our Dallas office, Brian brings order to the multiple and often competing project variables by developing solid design solutions. He assists our clients by translating their vision for the experience into plans that can be implemented.
Brian has a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maine.
