JEFF OTERO, LEED ®AP
__________________________________________________________________

Jeff Otero's background includes architecture, strategic planning and production …a combination that was a very interesting match for Acoustic Dimensions and the reason we invited him to join our team in 2005.

Jeff received his Masters in Architecture and Business Administration from the University of Michigan. Once his degrees were complete, he spent a few years working as an architect on projects that included a private school and bank headquarters in the Washington D.C. area.

From there he transitioned to commercial real estate consulting, then in 1990 realized his dream to join the team at Disney. As a financial analyst, Jeff helped launch the Disney Vacation Club and was moved from Orlando to Los Angeles in 1996 to become an Imagineer.

In August 2000, Jeff formed his own consulting practice where he worked with Paul Allen, NASA and the National Inventors Hall of Fame.

By January of 2003, Jeff's volunteer activities producing concerts, special events, and productions for Lake Avenue Church in Pasadena became a full-time position as he went on staff as Executive Producer of Worship and the Arts.

Jeff's true gifting is in communication. He is able to take complex concepts and raw data and translate it graphically in ways that others can understand. Jeff is also the engine behind the development of the facility planning software behind Strategic Dimensions.

Jeff is a Senior Consultant and Vice President in our Dallas office.
