Steve Reed’s gifting is in being able to sort through chaos to find the best path forward. Not only is he able to assess stated needs, he is also able to draw out unspoken ones. Because of Steve’s background and experience, his ability to think strategically about planning performance technologies gives his work a strong emphasis on connecting purpose to design.
Steve became part of the AD team in 2000 with a background in weekly live production for both arenas and large houses of worship. Since joining AD, Steve has become a sought-after project manager best known for skill in team coordination and practical design. Steve is well suited to projects with complex relationships such as multiple user groups and is a tremendous asset in leading teams in making decisions.
With a degree in music, Steve specializes in rooms that support musical performance. He also understands the needs of multiuse venues with competing program priorities.
