HOWARD ROSE

Howard Rose joined Acoustic Dimensions as a Senior Consultant, providing Sound and AV System design services. Howard brings with him 10 years of experience in various areas of live performance, as well as 10 additional years consulting experience.

Prior to working at Acoustic Dimensions, Howard was a senior consultant at Jaffe Holden Acoustics. Counted among Howard’s previous projects are the Globe News Center for the Performing Arts in Amarillo, the Harris Theater for Music and Dance in Chicago, renovations to the John F. Kennedy Center Opera House and Family Theater in Washington, D.C., The Hippodrome in Baltimore, Belding Theater at The Bushnell in Hartford, the Oklahoma City Music Hall and several theaters for the new fleet of Royal Caribbean Cruise Line luxury ships.

Prior to becoming a consultant, Howard worked as a freelance designer and engineer. This exposed him to various types of acts ranging from country bands to symphonic orchestras, but his main concentration was live theater. Howard has held many positions in regional theaters around the country including Sound Designer, Lighting Designer, Master Electrician, and Technician.

Howard holds a B.F.A. in Theatrical Design from Syracuse University, with a concentration in Lighting and Sound Design.
