YOUNGMIN KWON, PhD

Dr. Youngmin Kwon's background combines acoustics research, design and architectural practice.
With an educational background that includes a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering, a Master of Science in Building Sciences from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Doctorate of Architectural Acoustics from the University of Florida, Youngmin has also served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and participated in the Concert Hall Research Group and Summer Acoustics programs at Pennsylvania State.
Youngmin received the Robert B. Newman Medal for Merit in Architectural Acoustics from the Acoustical Society of America. He began his acoustics career with Siebein Associates which allowed him to put his deep theoretical background into consulting practice.
A member of both the Acoustical Society of America and the Acoustical Society of Korea, Youngmin is a consultant in our Dallas office.
