NANCY JUMPER

Nancy Jumper's role includes all things "people." Her insight into relational networks and organizational dynamics as well as her ability to make real connections make Nancy a hub in our organization. To borrow Jim Collins analogy, Nancy helps get the right people on the bus and makes sure they are in the right seats.
As Director of Order and Reason, Nancy also provides administrative and analytical assistance to our team with a primary focus on meeting client needs, facilitating schedules and serving as a liason.
Nancy is an unusual mix in that she has a strong attention for detail and yet is overwhelmingly a people person. This makes her an excellent person to contact—even if you aren’t sure exactly what you are looking for.
