AD's scope of work was directed towards ensuring the highest quality acoustic environment was achieved throughout the office facility. This included achievement of high levels of speech privacy, excellent speech intelligibility in the private offices, board room, conference room and the open office area, along with low background noise levels and high levels of sound isolation.

One of the unique acoustic challenges was a large expanse of glass in a skylight over the open plan offices. A high degree of sound isolation through the skylight was desired and achieved.
