Frisco City Hall and Library was designed to serve as the central focal point for Frisco Square, a master planned development in Frisco, Texas. This suburb of Dallas is second in population growth - Las Vegas being first - and is developing so fast that previously there was no identifiable center. The project was designed to communicate an identity for the rapidly growing community.
AD provided acoustics, including noise control and sound isolation, and A/V infrastructure design for the interconnected library and city hall complex.
