Home Box Office's (HBO) build-out on the 11th and 12th floors located at 105 Madison Avenue in Manhattan includes the construction and fit-out of approximately 26,700 rentable square feet. The space expanded the HBO Studio Support and several small "think-tank groups" that are supported by HBO. One floor contains Studio Support and other general office spaces. The other floor contains a combination of private and enclosed office spaces.

Acoustics, Audio and Video systems were designed for each of the six small screening rooms, along with a number of conference rooms with video conferencing capabilities. High levels of speech privacy were achieved within private and open office spaces through the combination of a specified sound masking systems and careful selection and detailing of partition systems.
