Interior construction fit-out of three floors for German-based commercial bank's North American headquarters in New York City. Involved approximately 130,000 rentable square feet of "Class-A" office space at 7 World Trade Center, a LEED "Gold" certified Building.

Acoustic Dimensions provided acoustic consulting for private office and open plan work areas, conference facilities and a trading area. Addressed speech privacy for office areas, conference rooms and board room; open office ambient noise levels, demountable partitions, mechanical rooms and duct distribution noise from exterior sources.
