Grey is one of the ten largest advertising agencies in the world, with offices in over 83 countries. Acoustic Dimensions provided acoustic consulting on the retrofit of new office space to reflect the creative energies of this advertising agency including presentation conference rooms with full AV capabilities, 300-seat town hall meeting room/area, film and audio recording studios, avid studios, art productions areas, internal working conference rooms and casual meeting areas.

For future flexibility, the team implemented 90/10 open workstations to enclosed offices. The facility design embraced green initiatives compliant with LEED Silver certification standards. In providing guidance for acoustics, sound isolation, and control of noise and vibration, several specific aspects were addressed including:
- Quiet production studio spaces with low background noise levels and minimized intrusive noise levels
- Open work spaces with good distraction control and background noise level control
- Enclosed offices that assured confidential speech privacy for normal speech levels and use of speakerphone and low background and intrusive noise
- Conference rooms that support speech privacy for raised speech levels and were conducive to speech intelligibility and low background and intrusive noise.
