Facility plans include a 500-seat main stage theater, a flexible 200-seat black box venue and an intimate recital parlor, with support space including scene shop, costume loft, dressing rooms and green room. The complex will include fully appointed dance and drama studios, music classrooms, private lesson studios, rehearsal and study halls, a recording studio, retail space and a coffee shop.
