AD Scope: Acoustics, Audio, Video, LightingFrancis Parker School has placed a high emphasis on both the visual and performing arts throughout it’s nearly 100 year history. So when it came time to design the J. Crivello Hall the goal was to make the 250 seat room function as a multi-use space that would be adaptable not only as a lecture hall but also as a performing arts facility. Acoustic Dimensions was included in phase six of multi phase improvement plan for this award winning campus. The hall features variable acoustics and unique wall shaping that functions acoustically while also allowing natural light in the room. The sound system installed was stereo and infrastructure was included to expand to 7.1 surround. The result is a system that will support both speech and the performing arts.
