The new facility will also accommodate Corporate Sponsorships and Fan Development that are currently located at Qwest Field and is designed to make training camp open to the public for up to 3,000 spectators per day.
The privately funded practice facility will be situated on 19 acres of industrial property and will improve the environmental climate of Renton and its wetlands by improving and redeveloping the site.
AD is providing design throughout the facility for acoustics, audio/video, broadcast cabling and paging/intercom systems.
