Bethel Church took on the task of renovating three existing spaces as part of a campus redevelopment program. The goal was to gradually update the systems over a designated timeframe. Our work included a new sound system and acoustical design for the main worship center; sound system, video, lighting and acoustical design for the chapel; and a new sound, video, lighting and control system for the multi-use gym that also serves as a worship venue for youth.
The speaker system in the main worship space is an original implementation of the Left/Center/Right multi-channel speaker systems design developed by Vance Breshears. Utilizing cross-matrix delay signal distribution, the unique feature of this system is the ability to perceive stereo imaging through nearly all seating sections of the room including seats on the extreme sides of the platform. This design allows support of the spoken word, drama as well as various styles of worship.
