College Park wanted to preserve the intimate feeling of their original 900-seat room in a space with double the capacity. Because visual connection was such a high priority, Acoustic Dimensions collaborated with the Aspen Group to develop a space that would maintain closeness while supporting a wide variety of music and teaching styles.
Another value for the church was that the technology maintain a supporting role--rather than being front and center. The final product is a room that celebrates people, congregational worship and the message that is presented. AD's work for this project included the worship center, atrium, A/V production spaces, choir rehearsal hall, chapel and junior high worship.
