Severns Valley was formed by a group of settlers who held their first services “under a sugar maple tree”. As their congregation grew and time moved on, so did the church, and now, over 225 years later, they’ve acquired 72 acres of land and begun work on building a new campus.
The first building on the new campus is a multipurpose site that hosts weekly worship services as well as athletic and recreational events.
AD provided room planning, acoustics and performance systems design assistance for the current multipurpose facility that will serve as the sanctuary until the main worship center is built. In addition, AD designed the A/V production studio and distributed audio and video in the lobby.
