Vaughn Forest, established in 1994, has a relatively short history, but have set themselves apart as a unique body of believers, appealing to the unchurched, as well as fellow Christians. Their innovative ministries with focus on evangelism and prayer have helped them grow rapidly from a membership of 75 to over 2,600. To accommodate their growing congregation they needed to build a new worship facility on their existing campus. The shell of the building is designed to house a 3,600 seat worship center, with the initial buildout for 1,650 people on one floor and expansion capability in the future.
Acoustic Dimensions worked with the architect and church to design the room’s acoustics, sound isolation, noise control, video projection and IMAG, as well as stage systems for this first phase of the new worship center, lobby spaces, and backstage production and green rooms.
